Thin film lithium niobate foundry
We are building a first-of-its-kind chip fabrication facility optimized for Thin-Film Lithium Niobate (TFLN) device fabrication.
Our USA-based facility, located in Tempe, AZ, is outfitted for 150 mm wafer line with backend and optical packaging capabilities and is designed to produce passive or active thin film lithium niobate components and integrated circuits, including:
Electro-Optic Modulators (EOM)
Periodically Poled Structures
Photonic Integrated Circuits (PIC)
